ABOUT US

WHAT WE OFFER
PROFESSIONAL COACHES & THE BEST EQUIPMENT
Welcome to Pittsburgh Baseball Lab
Elite instruction from former and current professional players who have competed at the highest levels of the game. Our coaches don’t guess — they’ve lived it, trained it, and executed it at the highest levels. Every athlete receives intentional mentorship, individualized player relationships, and data-driven development plans built around their unique goals, mechanics, and long-term growth. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training — we build complete players, on and off the field, with purpose, accountability, and a clear path forward.

Athletes train on a Swing Catalyst force-plate batter’s box and mound, powered by Visual3D and Theia markerless motion capture software, providing data-driven insight into swing efficiency, pitching mechanics, force production, and injury prevention.
